On May 14, 2020 we shared with you the new basic features of the Employee Self-Service Direct Deposit. There were additional items that you requested and we are happy to announce that they will be rolled out soon. We are offering a webinar Thursday, July 2 from 10:00 – 10:30 am to show you these changes.
Please register on Zoom for the webinar: https://sdcoe.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJAqf--upj8qGtFdR4vGBkX7kXX-I5lVxdys Webinar will be recorded and available for playback.
We are planning the rollout of these features on Monday, July 6, 2020. The new features include:
- Notifications will be sent to employee when additions or changes are made as long as they have an email address set up under My Profile.
- Look of Direct Deposit screen will change slightly due it being a Fluid page.
- Has routing # look up.
- Warning message for employee when saving if no email is set up.
- Add button moved to the left. Have to hit arrow on the right to Edit and Remove accounts.
- Has nicknames for the accounts. Current accounts in the system default to Checking1, Checking2 or Savings1, Savings2 etc. The names can be edited.
- Allows for multiple changes in the same day as long as the Additions are done first and all entries have not been deleted first.
- Disclaimer wording will change slightly.
Prenote issue had been reported that when the district changes the account #, the Prenote box is not checked. This is delivered functionality and has always worked this way. You need to add a row and then make changes to the routing number for the Prenote box to remain checked.
Also coming are updated:
- Employee Video
- Direct Deposit Job Aid for Employees
- Direct Deposit Email Template
