Do not update your regular employees’ benefits directly on the base benefits tables

For organizations that manage their retiree benefits through PeopleSoft, it is critical that you do not update your regular employees’ benefits directly on the base benefits tables. Only update your retirees’ benefits directly on the base benefits table.

If the benefits are modified on the base benefits table for your regular employee outside of On-Demand, a disconnect can occur between the tables that manage On-Demand and the base benefits tables themselves. This action can destabilize On-Demand and cause unpredictable outcomes when processing events for these employee.

Navigation to the Base Benefits Tables: Main Menu > Benefits > Enroll in Benefits
