Clarification of “Last Job Data Entry” and “Begin Job Data Entry” on the Payroll Calendar

posted Oct 4, 2016, 10:09 AM by Peyri Herrera
Currently on the Payroll Calendar there are two entries that indicate “Last Job Data Entry” and “Begin Job Data Entry.” For example, these are shown on the October 2016 calendar on 10/14/16 and 10/21/16.

“Last Job Data Entry” and “Begin Job Data Entry” on the Payroll Calendar

These were entered on the calendar as a suggestion only. However, it is creating a misconception that it is a requirement and that 5 days of data entry are being taken away from the districts. Please be advised that you have access to Job Data the entire month. Please follow your current district business practices for Job Data entry.

To minimize the confusion, next year we will remove these entries from the calendars.
