Changes to HEAT Self-Service effective Monday, 08/31/15

Beginning on Monday, August 31, 2015, all HEAT Self-Service customers will begin receiving email notifications for the following events:
  • When a new HEAT ticket is created 
  • When journal entries are added  
  • When a HEAT ticket is closed 
These changes are designed to improve communications between the Customer Resource Center and our customers by keeping both parties better informed of the status of the tickets.
