Can a Category Code be changed on a PO after a requisition has gone through the approval process?

No. Once a requisition has been copied to a PO, the Category Code cannot be changed on the PO. If you need to fix the Category Code, the PO needs to be canceled; then you can fix the req and resubmit it for approval.
