Benefit Record Number reconfiguration project has been completed

The project to audit and update all active employee’s Benefit Record Numbers has been completed. All active employees in your district are configured with your district Benefit Record Number.

DO NOT change the benefit record number to any other number except your district number. The benefit record number must always match the district number. Mismatches between the Benefit Record Number and the District Number can cause a fatal errors for employees’ paychecks.

As a reminder for Preliminary, Group 1 and Group 2, please follow the steps in BA1 Benefits Administration Guide v5.1.pdf when adding an event to the BAS Activity table. The process for adding events isolates the event to your specific district Benefit Record Number and the employee record number.
