Assign Work Schedule Screen “No Schedule” Errors

PeopleSoft Support has received several reports of a "No schedule (13502, 1523)" error when trying to add a new work schedule for an employee on the Assign Work Schedule screen. This error appears to be related to either an older effective dated "Default" work schedule assignment or one with a blank Schedule Group and Schedule ID. PeopleSoft Support can resolve the error by deleting the offending work schedule assignment using Correct History. This action allows a new work schedule assignment to be entered. PeopleSoft Support is working with the Technical Team to identify potential "No Schedule" errors and resolve them.
