The CRC will be conducting an AP1 Accounts Payable class in October. This is a 1.5 day class at SDCOE in Learning Labs 3-4. Attendees need to come on both days, Thursday and Friday:
This 1.5 day course covers all topics related to running Accounts Payable vouchers (previously called invoices). Attendees will learn how to create, maintain and process vouchers, as well as match goods received and approve vouchers. Budget and accounting actions for voucher activity will also be covered. This course also covers all aspects of creating and maintaining supplier (vendor) information.
