MITI has noticed that several districts are forgetting to click Submit after forecasting an employee’s leave. As a reminder, for any type of leave that requires a balance—like sick, vacation, or another type that your district uses—remember to Submit after you forecast. This is the last step shown in the process below.
For step-by-step directions, please refer to pp.6-11 of the PeopleSoft Absence Management v1.0 training guide. Specifically, after Step 10 (where you forecast), you need to review Outcome A (where you Submit), or Outcome B (where you Submit then make changes).
