From MITI: Effective today, February 6, 2017, Absence Management has been enhanced to allow organizations to charge expenses to different Combination Codes for absence events, in other words different chartstrings or account numbers for absences. The Combination Code must exist on the Department Budget Table (DBT) in order to select the chartstring from the Combo Code lookup tool list for all absence events. Combination Codes for absence events have been added to the following screens:
The new Absence Management Combo Codes v1.0 job aid located in the Resources > PeopleSoft Resources > Guides and Job Aids section of the CRC website under Absence Management - Other contains instructions and screenshots describing how to select a Combo Code for an absence event.
