23 organizations have responded to the CRC Satisfaction Survey (March 2016)

On March 16, 2016, Peyri Herrera emailed anyone who has submitted 5 or more HEAT tickets since July 1, 2015 and asked for feedback about the CRC's customer service, documentation, website, announcements, and support opportunities. Thank you for your participation! As of today, 90 staff from 23 organizations have responded (numbers in parentheses indicate number of people who participated): Borrego Springs (1), Cajon Valley (2), Cardiff (1), Carlsbad (5), Coronado (4), Dehesa (1), Escondido Elementary (9), Escondido High (4), Fallbrook Elementary (1), Fallbrook High (1), Grossmont (2), Jamul-Dulzura (1), Julian High (1), La Mesa-Spring Valley (4), Other (1), Poway (3), San Dieguito (4), San Marcos (11), San Pasqual (1), SDCOE (29), Solana Beach (1), South Bay (1), and Vista (2). While this is an anonymous survey, 66% of the respondents have chosen to include their name. Thank you!
