2019-2020 Absence Management – July Entitlements

The June Absence calculation has been finalized, and the July entitlements have been populated. Please run the M_AM_DISTRICT_ACCRUALS query to validate your employee’s annual accruals.

Please note the query was modified to include the July 2019 Calendar ID.

If you have any changes, please send your updated AM_LEAVE_REQUIREMENTS_Template spreadsheet as an attachment on a Service Portal (ServiceNow) ticket by Monday, July 1, 2019, to guarantee the update in the system by July 12, 2019. July Absence Accruals will Finalize on the morning of the first Pre-Calc July 16.
