We know you’re anxious to begin entering your new hires, job changes and timesheets for March payroll deadlines. Before you begin, we would like to share with you our “lessons learned” during the February parallel and provide a brief Refresher Training. Please know that once we complete all the steps of this parallel test, we will give you a full report of your employees, pay rates, and benefit deductions including retirement plans. We also want to introduce you to new tools for you to use to verify your time entry before we create the paysheets and the timeline for adjustments and running March payroll. Please join us on Tuesday, March 11 at 1:00 PM in Room 309-310. Bring your own computer to access your district’s employees. In addition we will have open labs on Wednesday, March 12 and Thursday, March 13 from 9:00 – 4:00 if you would like to come in for assistance as you enter your timesheets.
