Hyperion Training for 2019-20 Budgeting

For users that are new to Hyperion or need a refresher, we have scheduled hands-on Hyperion training for the 2019-20 budget year.
For all users, the updated Hyperion User Guide v2.2.pdf is available on the CRC Website.

HYP1: Manage Position and Employee Data
  • This half-day class focuses on: 
    • Adding a Position (Production environment) 
    • Maintaining Employee By Position (update/edit existing data for employees in Production) 
    • Running Business Rules and other tasks

HYP2: SmartView
  • This half-day class focuses on how and when to use Smart View 
  • Tues, January 29, 2019 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, SDCOE LL3-4 
HYP3: Using Excel with Hyperion
  • This half-day class focuses on: 
    • Creating an Employee History Report to audit HCM data 
    • Exporting Hyperion data for additional information on auditing budget details 
  • Mon, February 4, 2019 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, SDCOE LL3-4
